Shipping Policy:

All orders over $99.00 ship free with respective shipping method. All orders under $99.00 are subject to their respective shipping costs and fees. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require air shipping service, for which there is an additional charge. Orders that have multiple items shipped to the same address, will not incur any additional shipping charges. Expedited delivery options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
All orders are drop shipped from their respective manufacturer unless noted with your sales representative at time of order.
Items drop shipped from manufacturers are shipped the most cost effective method for the respective product. Different shipping companies or methods used are at discretion of the manufacturer. Orders that are drop shipped from a manufacturer are subject to processing times. As a general rule, normal UPS Ground/ Fed Ex shipping takes between 5-7 business days to arrive after the order is placed and payment information is secured. Products Damaged in Shipping:

Customers are responsible for inspecting their products for damage when they are delivered. Signing for or accepting damaged shipments forfeits the customer’s warranty claim for the product and All Backyard Fun is not responsible for any costs of replacement or repair. For damaged items delivered when no one was present to inspect the product (i.e. left at front door or deck) please contact All Backyard Fun as soon as possible to file a damaged shipping claim. Please save all packaging and damaged products for warranty purposes. Customers who are not able to provide packaging or photo evidence of damage may forfeit their right to a shipping warranty claim. Processing Time

"Processing Time" is the time needed to receive process and ship your order. Processing times differ for each product. Smaller items (fire glass, burners and some accessories) usually ship in 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Please note that because some of our items are made to order, the processing time may also include the manufacturing time. For more specific processing time,  please refer to your order confirmation email or contact your sales representative. Please add shipping time to the "Processing Time" time to estimate the arrival of your package.
Please Note: Items will not be delivered on Saturdays or Holidays. Saturday delivery is available upon request using expedited shipping only (You must contact our office for Saturday delivery). Expedited shipping is available and can be estimated during the checkout process before you enter your credit card information and give final order approval. Sales Tax

Items sold and shipped to destinations in the state of Minnesota are subject to sales tax. Laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. There is no sales tax charged to other U.S. orders or International orders.

Cancel or Change an Order

If you would like to cancel your order or a portion of your order, we will attempt to do so, however we cannot guarantee cancellations that are made after 3:00 P.M. EST on the day that you place the order. This is because many of the products we carry are shipped directly from the manufacturer. To ensure prompt delivery the order is transmitted to them as soon as possible, making it very difficult to stop the shipment after they have received the order. In order to make a cancellation request, please give us a call. No email requests for cancellation will be guaranteed. Cancelled, exchanged or returned orders that received free shipping are subject to initial shipping fees as well as any return shipping fees. Due to the Oriflamme tables being handcrafted and customized the Oriflamme Table purchases may not be cancelled at 48 hours of the purchase date. If you request to change the color of an item on your order, we will attempt to make the change for you. No changes, except for color, can be made to the items on an order. If you request to change to another item (besides a color change), we will attempt to cancel this order and help place a new one. We cannot guarantee changes that are made after 3:00 P.M. EST on the day that you place the order. In order to make a request to change a color, please give us a call. No email requests, please. A restocking fee may apply in some conditions.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Refused deliveries are subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping charges in both directions. If the item is refused at time of delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charge incurred to ship the merchandise back. If any article cannot be delivered due to the customer’s negligence in providing a correct address and contact information, they will be responsible for the additional shipping charge to ship the item back to the manufacturer.
