SHIPPING POLICY


Shipping Policy
All orders over $50.00 ship free with UPS Ground or Fed Ex service to the 48 contiguous States. Orders under $100.00 have a flat $9.00 shipping fee. Orders that contain individual items that are less than $100 will ship free UPS Ground Service provided the entire order totals more than $100. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require Next Day Air or Second Day Air, for which there is an additional charge. Certain orders must be shipped via motor freight and would not be included in the free shipping offer. Orders that have multiple items shipped to the same address, will not incur any additional shipping charges. Expedited delivery options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Canadian Shipping
Many of the products that we carry are available for international shipping. International shipping costs have to be calculated manually. Please contact our customer service department for details and shipping costs. Because of the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only. Shipping costs do not include tax, duty, or brokerage fees which are billed separately.

Processing Time
"Processing Time" is the time needed to receive process and ship your order. Please add shipping time to the "Processing Time" time to estimate the arrival of your package. Please note that because some of our items are made to order, the processing time may also include the manufacturing time. As a general rule, normal UPS Ground/ Fed Ex shipping takes between 5-7 business days to arrive after the order is placed and payment information is secured.

Please Note: Items will not be delivered on Saturdays or Holidays. Saturday delivery is available upon request using expedited shipping only (You must contact our office for Saturday delivery). Expedited shipping is available and can be estimated during the checkout process before you enter your credit card information and give final order approval. Sales Tax
Items sold and shipped to destinations in the state of Arizona are subject to sales tax. Laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order.

Cancel or Change an Order
If you would like to cancel your order or a portion of your order, we will attempt to do so, however we cannot guarantee cancellations that are made after 3:00 P.M. EST on the day that you place the order. The primary reason for this is because many of the products we carry are shipped directly from the manufacturer. To ensure prompt delivery the order is transmitted to them as soon as possible, making it very difficult to stop the shipment after they have received the order. In order to make a cancellation request, please give us a call. No email requests, please.
If you request to change the color of an item on your order, we will attempt to make the change for you. No changes, except for color, can be made to the items on an order. If you request to change to another item (besides a color change), we will attempt to cancel this order and help place a new one. We cannot guarantee changes that are made after 3:00 P.M. EST on the day that you place the order. In order to make a request to change a color, please give us a call. No email requests, please.   A restocking fee may apply in some conditions.
