Furniture & Fire Tables

  • Many pieces are made-to-order and hand-finished.
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in like‑new condition (not damaged, stained, or modified).
  • If ABF covered the initial delivery, return shipping and packaging are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Large shipments over 500 lbs are not returnable due to size/customization. If damaged on arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us.
  • All returns are inspected on receipt. Refunds are issued promptly after inspection.

Replacement Cushions & Custom Items

Custom-made items (replacement cushions, special-order fabrics, custom sizes) are non-returnable and non-refundable as they’re crafted just for you.

Damaged in Transit

  • Sign deliveries “pending inspection” when possible.
  • Report any damage within 72 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll replace damaged items promptly with the same product at no additional cost to you.
If packaging is visibly compromised, take photos and note the damage with the driver before signing, or refuse delivery and contact us.

Exchanges

  • Want to change color or style? Contact us before your order ships.
  • If we ship an incorrect item, we’ll exchange or credit it at no cost.
  • Use the Returns Portal to request an exchange.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in like‑new condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these standards may not be eligible for a refund.

Fees & Refunds

  • Restocking fee: 15% may apply to help cover inspection and processing.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  • For exchanges or store credit, we may waive return label fees when applicable.
  • Refunds are issued promptly once your return passes inspection.

Non‑Deliverable Orders

Orders returned due to undeliverable address, refusal, or missed delivery attempts are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive and inspect your item, we process refunds promptly back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Can I exchange for a different color or style?

Yes—please contact us before your order ships. If your order has shipped, you may return within 30 days and place a new order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Report any damage within 72 hours and include photos. We’ll replace the item with the same product at no cost to you.
